CONNECTING THE COMMUNITY

                        WITH TRANSIT ACCESSIBILITY

It is our goal here at the Claiborne County Human Resource Agency to keep the citizens of Claiborne and Jefferson Counties moving every day. We transport a vast amount of medical/non-medical clients daily to their desired destination. This would not be possible without our skilled and dedicated team. Learn the attributes that make CCHRA-Public Transit employees a great asset. Come be apart of our ever-growing team.

Claiborne County Human Resource Agency assures that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination or retaliation under any program or activity undertaken by the agency on the basis of race, color, or national origin.

COVID-19 : What We Are Doing

Claiborne County Human Resource Agency's  number one priority during this  COVID-19 outbreak is the safety of our staff and the public. With this in mind, we’ve taken a number of steps, including providing our drivers with masks and gloves to  protect themselves. As a measure to protect our clients we incorporate a strong focus to our cleaning resources  by requiring our drivers to clean and sanitize the vehicles daily. These measures are in place to protect the environment of our clients and our operators, while also following the city and statewide social distancing policy.

       Ridership Tips/Facts

We are still operating and transporting clients.  Here, at Claiborne County Human Resource Agency, our motto is "Transporting today for a safer tomorrow." We want each and everyone of you to ride with us. So to ensure that you are able to book  a trip please follow the following steps:

1. Schedule your trip at least 1-2  days ahead to ensure we have a vehicle in the area you request.

2. Always contact us to see if your trip has been confirmed.

3. To cancel a trip, we ask that you notify our office at least one day in advance.
