Non Discriminatory Policy

We are committed to operating our programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint by contacting Mrs. Annie Conner, the Executive Director of Claiborne County Human Resource Agency at (601) 437-3063.

A complainant may file a complaint directly with the Federal Transit Administration at the Office of Civil Rights, Attention; Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590.

Discrimination Complaint Procedures

As a matter of policy, CCHRA allows any person to file a complaint who believes that, individually, or as a part of a specific class of citizens, they have been subjected to discrimination covered by Title VI. All complaints must be filed with the Project Director CCHRA. All complaints must be filed within ninety (90) days of the alleged discrimination. Unless unusual or extenuating circumstances intervene, all complaints must be filed in writing before any action is taken on behalf CCHRA. Passenger Grievance For​m

Claiborne County Human Resource Agency is committed to providing safe, reliable, and affordable transportation options to all passengers. We strive to resolve all grievances with fairness, professionalism and as expeditiously as possible in accordance with applicable CCHRA Board of Directors and/or State of Mississippi and/or Federal Guidelines. CCHRA does not discriminate against race, color, or national origin.

If you need to file a grievance please  download the grievance form below, complete it,and mail it to the address listed on the form.

  1. Fill out all information accurately and completely.
  2. Submit form and any supporting documentation within 3 business days of the occurrence.
  3. An initial written response will be provided to person and address named in this complaint within 15 business days from receipt of this form.
